We will have two categories |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
1- twist top made from a solid piece of wood. (any wood) |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
2- segmented twist top.(min.two types of woods) |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Prizes will be given out for first and second place in each category. We will also give |
|
out a prize for the twist top that spins the longest. |

| 1- |
The twist top must be made of wood. (segmented top also) |
|

| 2- |
No weight of any kind may be added. |
|
|
|
|
| 3- |
No pull cords can be used. |
|
|
|
|
|
| 4- |
No throwing tops. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
| 5- |
No metal tips. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
| 6- |
You must be a member to enter. |
|
|
|
|
| 7- |
Only one entry per category. (that includes the spinning contest) |

| 8- |
spinning contest will be best of two spins. |
|
|
|
|
| 9- |
Tops can be painted. (but is not a requirement) |
|
|
|
| 10- |
Tops can have carving or chatter work. (but is not a requirement) |
|
|
| 11- |
No limit on size. (but you must be able to twist the top with your
finger and thumb) |
| 12- |
Any type of finish may be used. |
|
|
|
|
|
| 13- |
If you don't have fun with this your disqualified. |
|
|
