Mentoring Program

The West Virginia Woodturner's Association is proud to announce the start of our Mentoring Program.  Below you will find a list of Club Member's who have voluntered to teach others the art of turning wood.  This program is for anyone regardless of your experience level.  Wether you are new to turning or would like to learn a new type of turning you have never tried.

The lessons would be held at the Mentor's shop.  You would need to contact the Mentor by email or phone and arrange a time for your lesson.  All of the Mentor's have fully equipped shops with tools and supplies.  If you already turn and want to bring your own tools because you are familiar with them please do.  There is no charge for the Mentoring program but if you would like to reimburse the mentor for cost of materials such as pen kits, peppermill kits ect. please feel free.

We hope that everyone will take advantage of this program.  It will not only advance our turning skills but is also a great way to fellowship with your fellow club members.
