Spindle Turning: Bill Sproul Demonstration, January 2018
Bill showed how he turns pommels, coves, and beads using a skew chisel and spindle gouge. He then described how a story stick is used when a set of duplicate spindles has to be turned. For the final part of the demonstration, he showed the steps involved in turning a goblet.
